Our Team
John Lebens (Husband) ~ John works for Minnesota Road Ways during the Spring and Summer. During the winter, he runs he own snow removable company. When John is not working, he helps provide care. The children love when John is here to play. Darlene Randall (Grandma) ~ Darlene is Karen's mother, she lives with us. After attending work, she is home when the children get up from their naps. The children all love her and they all enjoy and love calling her grandma! Darlene is a part-time helper and will help provide care when she is home. Joshua Randall (Nephew) ~ Josh is Karen's nephew. He lived with us for two years helping to provide care every day. Now Josh live on his own but makes an effort to come see the children when he can. They love playing with josh. Ashley Secord (Daughter) ~ Ashley is our daughter, who grew up with childcare her whole life. She is now operating her own childcare. But she is always available for back up childcare. She loves watching the children grow. Her favorite part is seeing children all of a sudden get something when they have been trying really hard at getting it.
