About Me

My name is Karen Lebens. I am the owner/childcare provider at Karen's Colorful Childcare. I received my child development associates degree in 2011 from the council for early childhood professionals. I have been working as a childcare provider since 1996. My favorite part about being a childcare provider is loving to see the children grow physically and through our educational program.

My husband and I have one child and are grandparents. In our spare time, we enjoy going to Canterbury and Elko Speedway to watch the races. My husband has been a part of the team since 1999. He recently decided to take another journey and start working outside of our childcare. Our team was formally known as Karen and John's Daycare.
